Physical Therapist - School Setting in Bothell, WA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Washington state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment highly desirable
• Solid understanding of IEPs and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with students and staff
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the creation or revision of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Document all services, progress notes, and recommendations accurately and promptly
• Offer consultation and training to educational staff and families for student support and carryover strategies
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of special education professionals and related service providers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care
