Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, and progress documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload and travel between school sites as needed
• Dedicated to promoting student independence, safety, and participation in all school activities

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all required regulations
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on mobility and safety in the classroom
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
