What you’ll need to succeed:
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Understanding of pediatric therapy approaches and current best practices
• Proficiency in developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment

Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct evaluations to assess student mobility, posture, and gross motor skills
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs that promote classroom participation and functional independence
• Document progress and communicate regularly with faculty and parents
• Provide recommendations and training for adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services according to student goals and federal/state regulations

This role offers a competitive hourly range between $55 and $70, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
