School-Based Physical Therapist - Bridgeport, CT

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for Connecticut
• Prior pediatric or K-12 school experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students per IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative therapy, classroom modifications, and equipment recommendations
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress
• Work closely with special education teams and participate in meetings as needed
• Support students’ participation and success in the educational setting
