Your expertise will support students across the district in achieving optimal physical functioning, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to create inclusive, supportive environments. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with K–12 students with diverse needs
• Familiarity with IEPs and school-based therapy documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and organizational excellence in a school district setting
• Dedication to inclusive, student-centered care

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct and consultative PT services as prescribed in student IEPs
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and maintaining accurate records
• Adapting interventions to meet individualized student goals
• Serving as a vital resource for staff and parents regarding PT strategies
