This contract opportunity offers part-time hours (25 hours per week) during the 2026-2027 school year and is conveniently split between two nearby school sites. You’ll work with students ages 6 to 21 within a strong program shaped by evidence-based behavioral principles. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy settings
  • Comfort and experience working with diverse student populations
  • Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs across a range of ages

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services at two school locations to students aged 6 to 21
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in collaboration with other educational professionals
  • Integrate therapy activities within classroom routines and behavioral interventions
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and report findings to school teams and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Provide support and training to educational staff as needed
