School-Based Physical Therapist - Broadway, North Carolina

As a valued Physical Therapist, you'll deliver skilled interventions to a caseload of fewer than 30 students, collaborating closely with educators and support teams as you rotate between approximately five assigned schools. Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Ability to effectively manage a flexible schedule and travel between multiple locations
• A commitment to inclusive practices and evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support students’ mobility, motor skills, and access to educational environments
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Offer training, education, and resources to school staff and student families as needed
• Participate in school-based activities that support student success and well-being
