Enjoy a structured Monday through Friday schedule, working 6 hours per day for a total of 30 hours each week, providing support that helps students achieve their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Massachusetts
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and the unique needs of school-aged children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Safe Care Certification is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, goal-driven therapy sessions

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEP goals and district requirements
  • Assess student needs, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
  • Adapt therapy techniques to suit a range of ages and abilities
