Physical Therapist - School Setting in Brockton, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Previous school-based experience preferred, or strong pediatric background
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse needs across K-12 age groups
• Effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students to address motor skills, mobility, and functional independence within the school setting
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate inclusive learning environments
• Document progress, prepare reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Consult with families and caregivers regarding exercises and goals
• Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations regarding PT services
