Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support academic goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and students’ progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support teams
• Educate staff and families on safe approaches to mobility, positioning, and physical activity for students with disabilities
