Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric physical therapy setting preferred
• Understanding of school-based therapy models and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative, flexible, and organized approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Integrate therapy strategies into the classroom setting through close collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Monitor and document student progress, updating goals as needed
• Engage effectively with families to support carryover of skills at home
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the educational team’s goals
