Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York State

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students following individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Offer guidance and training to educational staff on physical therapy interventions and accommodations
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for planning
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all documentation standards
