School-Based Physical Therapist - Brownsburg, IN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct evaluations and develop tailored intervention plans to address students’ physical therapy needs
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor progress toward IEP goals

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to relevant legal and ethical guidelines
