Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by ECPTOTE (Texas)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based physical therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload and tailor interventions for individual needs
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance is preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to assigned K–12 students in alignment with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Support classroom participation by developing accommodations and strategies for student independence and mobility
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state regulations
