Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in schools preferred, but strongly welcoming new graduates
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individual treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated commitment to student-centered practices and inclusive programming

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for students with varying physical abilities
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions based on IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational/speech therapists, and families on goal development
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain student records in adherence with school and legal standards
• Support staff with resources, training, and strategies for classroom inclusion
• Participate in IEP meetings as an expert resource
