Essential Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy license
• Certification as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience or strong interest working with children and adolescents
• Ability to adapt PT plans to a variety of age groups and developmental levels
• Team-player mindset with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work collaboratively across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services in collaboration with general and special education teams
• Document student progress and adapt interventions to promote optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and expertise to support student goals
• Communicate openly with families, teachers, and administrators
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies
