Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Experience working in a K-12 school environment or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a varied caseload and dynamic learning environments
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive setting for all students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective, evidence-based physical therapy services to identified students in an in-person, school-based ESY program
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, intervention strategies, and measurable goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with staff to support student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided, progress notes, and required reporting
• Educate school staff and families on strategies that support students’ physical access and participation
