What We're Looking For:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Experience or enthusiasm for working in school-based therapy (K-12), including ESY programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Creative approach to engaging and motivating students
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person PT services for students in the ESY program
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set therapeutic goals in alignment with student IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative support to students and staff
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input regarding student needs
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff to ensure seamless support
• Adapt interventions to fit a variety of student abilities and needs
