Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
- Experience working in a K-12 school environment or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a varied caseload and dynamic learning environments
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive setting for all students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective, evidence-based physical therapy services to identified students in an in-person, school-based ESY program
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, intervention strategies, and measurable goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with staff to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided, progress notes, and required reporting
- Educate school staff and families on strategies that support students’ physical access and participation
