Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly desirable
• Expertise in school-based PT assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop goals aligned with students' IEPs
• Design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers and other therapists
• Maintain precise and timely records as required by school and state regulations
• Educate staff and families about physical therapy strategies to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and relevant staff trainings
