Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual physical therapy sessions with assigned students two times a month, 30 minutes per session
• Assess students’ physical abilities and develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to align therapy with students' IEPs and academic needs
• Maintain clear and accurate records of sessions, progress, and outcomes
• Adjust interventions as needed to encourage ongoing progress and participation
