Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions—both individual and group—to help students increase mobility, strength, and independence
  • Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student progress and participation
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Consult with school staff on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications for student success
