Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) with relevant school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with pediatric populations, ages 3-21
- Prior experience or willingness to supervise PTAs
- Comfort commuting between multiple locations; mileage reimbursement provided
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for student caseload
- Supervise and support two self-sufficient PTAs
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and related service professionals to ensure holistic care
- Document progress and maintain compliance with federal, state, and school district guidelines
- Travel between locations within the district; mileage reimbursement applies
