Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical challenges
• Deliver direct therapy services to support student participation in educational activities

• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with educational standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and contributing to team decisions
• Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed
