Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license required
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services to support student participation in educational activities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and contributing to team decisions
- Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed
