Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with experience or interest in school-based settings
- Comfort supervising self-sufficient PTAs
- Ability to manage a varied caseload (ages 3-21)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and open to traveling between school locations
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality PT services to students, adapting interventions to individual needs
- Oversee and support two experienced, self-motivated PTAs
- Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation according to school and professional standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams and families
- Travel between school sites within the area (mileage reimbursed)
