Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current Physical Therapy license in New York
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy interventions to K-12 students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, document, and monitor each student's progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Work closely with special educators and support staff to develop strategies promoting student mobility and access within the school environment
- Conduct assessments to identify barriers to physical participation and recommend modifications
- Communicate progress and needs to families and educational teams on a regular basis
- Complete required documentation for compensatory hours and program compliance
