Pay: Hourly pay starting at $40 (Negotiable based on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Central Falls, Rhode Island, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working with preschool-aged students, helping them build the foundational communication skills needed for lifelong success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for preschool students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Rhode Island SLP license.
• Rhode Island Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
