What you’ll need:

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based physical therapy to students in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ mobility and participation in the classroom
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
• Travel between buildings within the school or district as necessary
