What we're looking for:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans addressing students’ needs
• Commitment to supporting students’ mobility, accessibility, and participation in school activities

Role responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for students referred to PT services
• Craft and implement individualized therapy interventions
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teachers and families regarding physical therapy supports
• Offer guidance on adaptive equipment and accessibility strategies for the school environment
