Key Qualifications:
- Current and active North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Experience providing PT services in school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels (PreK–12)
- Proficient with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with physical therapy needs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required for compliance and student progress
- Document services and outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on physical development and access within school settings
