Physical Therapist - School Setting in Charlotte, NC

While the specific school location will be determined at a later date, you can expect to work closely with educators, families, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience providing PT services in school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels (PreK–12)
• Proficient with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with physical therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required for compliance and student progress
• Document services and outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on physical development and access within school settings
