Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Tennessee, or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within dynamic school settings
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate students’ physical abilities
• Develop and execute treatment plans targeting students’ individual educational and developmental needs
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic progress and participation
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding physical therapy strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
