Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Tennessee
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Organizational skills to track and document student progress
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards

Key responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions for students with varying needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver integrated services
• Develop and monitor student goals aligned with IEPs
• Educate staff and caregivers on therapy strategies for classroom and home use
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
