Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina
• Previous experience in school-based PT or pediatric therapy (preferred)
• Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement treatment for a diverse K-12 caseload
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work exclusively onsite—no remote or virtual opportunities
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person physical therapy services for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Assess students’ physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support each student’s mobility and participation in school activities
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing student evaluations
• Travel to assigned school sites as needed throughout the workweek
