Key Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12 preferred)
  • Comfortable with both onsite and virtual (VOCO) service models
  • Ability to supervise a licensed PTA for VOCO services
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Previous school-based or pediatric therapy experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students at multiple school sites
  • Provide supervision and support for a licensed PTA during VOCO sessions
  • Conduct comprehensive student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents to support student progress
  • Complete therapy-related documentation and paperwork as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
  • Balance a 37.5-hour onsite work week with 20 hours per week allocated for VOCO-based supervision and paperwork
