School-Based Physical Therapist - Chester, Vermont

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with valid credentials in Vermont (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations
• Proficient in supporting diverse physical and developmental needs across a range of ages
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services in both elementary and high school environments
