Physical Therapist - School Setting in Chesterfield, MO

What you’ll bring:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting preferred
• Solid grasp of developing and carrying out individualized therapy plans
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfort participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams

What you’ll do:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a caseload of 30-60 students per week, adapting to diverse needs and abilities
• Assess students, develop relevant goals, and document progress on a quarterly basis
• Collaborate with educational staff, attend IEP meetings, and provide expertise on physical needs and accommodations
• Create and adjust therapy schedules to ensure optimal service delivery
• Offer consultation and recommendations to staff on best practices to support student success

Role specifics:

• School-based contract position
• Full-time: 36 hours per week, approximately 7 hours per day
• Service dates: ASAP through May 22, 2026
