Qualifications & Experience:
• Licensed Physical Therapist with active credentials
• Experience or interest in school-based therapy
• Confidence in managing a pediatric caseload

• Flexibility to start as soon as possible

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver school-based physical therapy services for a caseload of approximately 20 students
• Collaborate with educators and related service professionals to develop IEP goals and implement therapy plans
• Provide customized interventions for students in classroom settings and those requiring homebound support
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and progress
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff to support student outcomes
• Contribute to interdisciplinary support as needed
