Physical Therapist - School Setting in Chicago, IL

Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred
• Ability to work onsite and perform in-person services throughout the assignment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective intervention strategies
• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans for students ages 3 to 21, based on evidence-based practices
• Contribute to a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and support
