Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred
- Ability to work onsite and perform in-person services throughout the assignment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress
- Develop and revise individualized treatment plans for students ages 3 to 21, based on evidence-based practices
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and support
