Qualifications and Experience:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare environment preferred
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse needs and collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor abilities and design personalized physical therapy interventions
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in line with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal-setting for student achievement
• Provide direct therapy services within classroom and school environments
• Educate school staff and families on mobility, positioning, and adaptive techniques
