Physical Therapist - School Setting in Chimacum, WA

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Possess an active State Physical Therapist License, compliant with the State Board of Physical Therapy
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly desirable, though not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver appropriate PT interventions to meet students’ individualized needs in the school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and ensure compliance with IEPs and 504 plans
• Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and outcomes as required by the school district and applicable regulations
• Offer guidance and training to school personnel and caregivers to facilitate successful carryover of PT strategies throughout the school day
