Physical Therapist - School Setting in Chimayo, NM

Qualifications:

• Current New Mexico PT license (NMRLD) required
• NMPED licensure must be in place by start; pending status will be considered
• Experience in school-based physical therapy strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to develop IEP/504 plans
• Track and document student progress effectively
• Adapt interventions as needed for various caseloads and age groups
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and school activities as needed
