Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine strengths, areas for improvement, and appropriate goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy sessions to support academic and functional success
- Consult and collaborate with classroom staff, parents, and other therapists to tailor interventions
- Document assessments, progress, and session details in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Promote safe practices and advocate for students' mobility and independence
