Physical Therapist - School Setting in Clio, SC

A school-based physical therapy opportunity is available for a dedicated PT or PTA near Clio, SC, supporting K-12 students in-person. This contract role provides the chance to make a difference in students’ daily lives by working directly within the school environment throughout the academic year, starting ASAP through May 27, 2027. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina PT license (South Carolina is a Compact license state)
• Experience in school-based settings or working with K-12 populations preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student learning and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to school and state standards
• Deliver therapy sessions exclusively onsite in accordance with district guidelines
