• Familiarity with IEP documentation and the special education process

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify needs and establish targeted PT goals
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, educational staff, and families
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Educate school staff and caregivers on best practices for supporting student participation and mobility
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and fulfill all compliance standards
• Serve as a resource for promoting physical access and safety within the school environment
