School Physical Therapist | Columbus, Ohio

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a full-time Physical Therapist for the academic year, with coverage needed for two maternity leaves from October 12, 2026, through March 12, 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Current Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates with strong pediatric clinical backgrounds will also be considered
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other therapists
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse physical and developmental needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across K-12 who require individualized support
• Develop and implement therapy goals tailored to each student’s IEP plan
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student access and participation in the school environment
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed
• Facilitate parent and staff training when appropriate
