Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of therapeutic techniques specific to school-based and pediatric needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to manage a broad caseload spanning PreK through high school
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive PT services to students, following their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate therapy within school settings
• Provide consultation and education to staff and caregivers on mobility, posture, and accessibility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
