Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist working with K-12 students in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time, onsite position runs from August 2026 to June 2027 with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Located near Crowley, TX, the role focuses on delivering high-quality physical therapy services to students whose needs span a variety of grade levels. The caseload includes approximately 35–50 students and may vary in intensity of services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
  • Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school setting preferred
  • Comfortable managing a diverse student population (K-12)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions and approaches for students with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver physical therapy to K-12 students
  • Document progress, outcomes, and maintain accurate student records
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ functional abilities and participation in the school environment
  • Consult with staff and parents regarding interventions, modifications, and daily routines that enhance student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape individualized education plans for students receiving therapy services
