Hourly compensation ranges from $60 to $65, recognizing your expertise and dedication.

Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Maine (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Proven experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Understanding of IEPs and experience developing individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions for K-8 students, addressing motor skills and functional mobility
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and progress reports
  • Consult with school staff to maximize student outcomes and ensure continuity of care
  • Adapt therapy strategies to the unique needs of each student
