Desired Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Physical Therapy license
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt therapy sessions to various developmental and age groups spanning PreK to high school
- Passion for supporting students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct physical therapy services within the school environment
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate teachers and families on student needs and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
