Physical Therapist - School Setting in Decatur, GA

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license
• Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapy sessions to various developmental and age groups spanning PreK to high school
• Passion for supporting students with diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct physical therapy services within the school environment
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate teachers and families on student needs and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
