Physical Therapist - School Setting in Dekalb, IL

What we’re seeking:

• Licensed Physical Therapist, eligible for practice in schools
• Experience or strong interest in working with middle and high school students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Familiarity with educational settings is a plus

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized and group physical therapy services to support students’ educational goals
• Conducting assessments and using provided testing materials to develop intervention plans
• Participating in monthly meetings, team roundtables, and annual performance reviews
• Engaging in regular 1:1 check-ins and collaborative sessions with your leaders and peers
• Utilizing an interactive intranet to connect in real time with colleagues across the region
• Contributing to process improvement for efficient and best-practice services
