Physical Therapist - School Setting in Delaware, OH

Step into a rewarding contract position working with elementary-age students across five school buildings, providing essential physical therapy support during a maternity leave. Enjoy consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, making it easy to maintain work-life balance. The assignment's exact dates are flexible based on the start of the leave, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the school’s current PT for both a week before and after the coverage period to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable working in multiple buildings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students, supporting their development and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Assess student needs and develop customized plans of care
• Document progress and attend any relevant meetings as needed
