Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Illinois

• Familiarity with IEP documentation, treatment planning, and adapting therapy to diverse learning needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect physical therapy services to students on your assigned K-12 caseload
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals and abilities
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress toward established objectives
• Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy in school routines and support classroom participation
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Support students with varied needs, fostering independence and inclusion in the school environment

Compensation will cover both direct therapy services and necessary indirect activities, such as planning and documentation.
