Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Prior experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in providing individualized 1:1 therapy
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 physical therapy services to assigned students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and develop customized treatment strategies to address each student’s unique physical and functional needs
• Document progress, update IEP goals, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Offer support and training to teachers and school staff regarding student mobility, accessibility, and adaptive strategies
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure consistency and progress both at school and at home
