• Flexible, organized, and capable of managing a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ physical and functional abilities within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions and recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications
• Document progress and maintain accurate therapy notes
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to support student participation and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of student supports
