A part-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Dover, NJ. This position offers a full-semester engagement, providing services approximately 15-20 hours per week. The role involves delivering skilled therapy to students within the school environment, supporting their physical development and functional mobility to enhance educational participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments and document therapy outcomes in accordance with school policies.
- Provide hands-on therapy as well as recommendations for classroom adaptations and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed or certified Physical Therapist with relevant credentials.
